We can supply you with a variety of different cuts, from a small pack of diced to a half or whole goat, whole or half shoulders, leg joints, rack, diced on or off the bone,
mince, chops, cutlets, sausages - flavours in stock currently are toulouse and merguez
Easy recipes to try are a tagine, curry, goat herders pie, ragu, burgers, kebabs or enjoy on it's own
*Freezer packs of individually packed cuts now available up to 10kg
