Meat is packed in temperature controlled boxes insulated with 3M woolcool, and dispatched by overnight courier. We use either UPS or DHL. Orders can be tracked



We dispatch Monday to Wednesday. You can specify a day for dispatch, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you



Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. We can arrange for a delivery before 9am/12pm, or on a Saturday - please contact us as this will increase the delivery cost



We will email you to check dispatch and delivery details, then if you are happy with that we will confirm when dispatching



Please let us know/specify if you have any special delivery instructions or will not be in to accept the delivery and have made alternative arrangements e.g. leaving with a neighbour. Meat is packed in wool cool insulated boxes containing ice sheets and MUST BE DELIVERED ON THE AGREED DATE.



ALWAYS LEAVE A CONTACT NUMBER so that the courier can contact you if required. Meat is packed appropriately to stay frozen/fresh for the required length of time. If the order returns to the courier depot as it is unable to be delivered we cannot guarantee against spoilage or additional costs. We are not responsible for spoilage as a result of a failure to deliver within the specified times.






For orders under 15kg delivery is £17.00



For orders over 15kg delivery is £20.00



For orders over 20kg please contact us for delivery cost






All deliveries please add £19.44






Payment is accepted when we have agreed the order and delivery period schedule, but items will not be dispatched until it has been received in full






If your delivery arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible to tell us, and if possible take a photograph of the damage for us to assess. We will ask you to return the item to us for a full exchange or refund. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ORDER so that we can establish the best course of action and make arrangements
